Ruchira Khanna Novel 2Β “Voyagers into the Unknown” is a vibrant story of transformation through an unlikely source: a local tour guide of historical Agra, India where the Taj Majal still sways those who behold it. Seeped in cultural philosophy, this novel is an uplifting read from Ruchira Khanna.”

~ Charli Mills, Writer & Lead Buckaroo of Carrot Ranch CommunicationsΒ

“Voyagers into the Unknown is a delightful tale that interrogates the emotional connection between strangers and between races. With a cast of vivid characters, Ruchira Khanna draws the reader into a captivating emotional drama. Agra, the city, stands as both an alluring character and a magnificent setting that directs the diverse experiences, which are woven deftly into the fabric of the plot. The book is a wonderful compilation of encounters, both unexpected and unfamiliar.”

~ Jaya Padmanabhan, Editor, India Currents”

“This is a touching, passionately-written tale about what happens when the lives of diverse travelers intersect on a trip to India. Voyagers into the Unknown is an enjoyable read for fans of travel and romance, and it also offers an entertaining glimpse into Indian culture and customs. I recommend it as a fun book to take with you on your next vacation!”

Yeah, looking good, maybe my balloons bit needs to be scaled down to fit with the other icons. Were you planning on including stories in anthologies (I thought I’d seen this yesterday) but might be a bit much to curate

    • Charli Mills says:

Good observation. I think uniformity will be most pleasing to look at. I thought making debuts or features bigger, but perhaps not. This is like testing paint swatches on the wall. πŸ™‚

  2. Love the bookstore. Fantastic!

Oh WOW, I’m a headline act! Too COOOOL (*shows children; they guffaw*). Great idea though I feel a bit over praised as it happens.

Looks great! I’ve been meaning to post a reply for quite some time now πŸ™‚ How do I get my book added to the group?

Actually, I do have your book! It’s on your page and I can put it here, but things aren’t linked up properly. I’m exploring how to best set up the bookstore. At first I thought it would simply be a page with links. But adding the book covers makes for a long-scrolling page. But if I put the covers in a gallery then I can’t do the links. I looked at becoming an Amazon affiliate, but not everyone has books on Amazon. I met a couple who have a tech company in the area and they are quoting me on an app. So…I’m going to tackle this after LA and might start with the Amazon links. Funny how I think something is simple and it isn’t. πŸ™‚

Just a few clicks away to read our RW’s work πŸ™‚

Have shared it across in many forums as well.

Thanks Charli for doing the above.

Thanks, Ruchira! My hope is to create a platform at Carrot Ranch that supports all the Rough Writers. I’d like to be able to have the gallery of books liked to where they are sold, and might need some sort of plug-in. The new enewsletter is meant to reach out to readers and bring them back to the writers here. But connecting with readers is not an easy task. I’m experimenting and learning! Glad to support your new book and your writing!
